CANCELLATION POLICY

Our trainer capacity is limited, and many of our sales training availability sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of your scheduled training session. This will allow us to offer your spot to another client. You may email us at hello@phasetugroup.com to cancel.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24 hours before the start time of your scheduled training session, we will credit your payment toward another training session. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made. You may email us at hello@phasetugroup.com
